Welcome to the Collaborative Research Network on Terrorism, Radicalisation and Organised Crime (TRAC). Co-founded by Prof. Jorge M. Lasmar and Dr. Rashmi Singh in 2016 at the Department of International Relations of Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas), Brazil, TRAC is a respected research institute affiliated with the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CnPQ). TRAC operates within the Terrorism Research Initiative (TRI), a global leader in Terrorism Studies.Our network includes academics, graduate students, private researchers, and practitioners across Latin America.
